She lived for all |
She lived for all
Laughed for all
Took joy for all,
She knew how to dazzle the crowd
Make the blind smile
For her charm was with all,
She danced a way like lilies blossoming
Her silky skirt only but a protection for her innocence
She laughed like music...or rather a beautiful symphony.
She had yet nothing more than the cares of others
She had managed to make everyone happy
Adore to the core...oh she lived for all.
And when time flew by,
When everyone left....
When the sting of life froze in their bones
and the music had faded into the distant lands
She still remained
But this time she was living for her self,
She had made every one cheerful
Yet she had forgotten to live for herself.
But time was fair enough,
Now, as she sits at the window in that elderly's home...
She lives for herself.
